Responsible

• Develop marketing strategies Define both short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and vision.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior Research market data, competitors, and customer needs to craft effective and adaptive strategies.
• Manage brand and corporate image Maintain and enhance brand recognition and credibility among customers and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns Create and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Oversee marketing communications and channels Manage social media platforms, company website, email marketing, and other public relations materials.
• Develop sales support tools and materials Create updated sales kits, presentations, and product information to support the sales team.
• Lead the marketing team Assign tasks, monitor performance, and develop team capabilities for long-term growth and efficiency.
• Manage the marketing budget Plan and control spending to stay within budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Track and analyze marketing performance Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
• Oversee and expand international markets Conduct research and develop strategies to penetrate international markets, coordinate with global partners, and promote the brand on a global scale.
